Information om virksomhedens regnskabsklasse:The annual report of Ciber Danmark A/S for 2016 has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in the Danish Financial Statements Act applying to medium-sized reporting class C entities.

Oplysning om eventualaktiver:Ciber Denmark A/S has a deferred tax asset of appoximately DKK 32. 5 million. Ciber Denmark A/S døs not recognise the deferred tax asset due to uncertainty as to when it can be utilised.

Beskrivelse af usædvanlige forhold, der kan have påvirket indregningen eller målingen:The ultimate Parent Company, Ciber Inc. , USA, is in the process of being wound up in consequence of the Company's filing of a petition for creditor protection under Chapter 11 in April 2017. In June 2017, the US operating activities were sold to HTC Global Services. Going concern The Company is dependent on the current funding by the Parent Company, Ciber International B. V., being continued and on the Parent Company making additional, sufficient liquidity available for the Company's operations. The Parent Company has issued a Comfort Letter ensuring the Company's liquity for a period until the annual general meeting at which the financial statements for 2017 are to be approved. Considering the Parent Company's financial position at 31 December 2016, it is uncertain whether the Parent Company will be able to meet its obligations as to the Comfort Letter issued to the Company due to the ongoing divestment of activities in the Parent Company and the Group. Management expects that the Parent Company will be able to meet its obligation to provide the Company with the liquidity required until the next annual general meeting. If the Parent Company is not able to meet its obligations, the Company may not be able to realise the remaining assets and discharge its obligations as part of the winding-up of the Company.

Beskrivelse af virksomhedens væsentligste aktiviteter:CIBER Danmark A/S is an innovative IT consultancy firm offering solutions based on Microsoft and SAP technologies. The Company delivers projects and services primarily to public and private clients. CIBER's solutions are targeted at four primary sectors: energy & utilities, the public sector, insurance and transport.
