parent company had a net receivable from Qlosr Denmark ApS of DKK 124. 386. The
company's management has obtained confirmation from the parent company that the parent
company will continue to support the company financially by making adequate credit facilities
available to the company thereby enabling the company to maintain and continue its current
activities over the coming 12 months.
