Information om virksomhedens regnskabsklasse:The annual report of Integra Holding ApS for 2017/18 is prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Financial Statements Act applying to enterprises of reporting class B as well as selected provisions as regards larger entities. The accounting policies applied are consistent with those of last year. The annual report for 2017/18 is presented in DKK.

Oplysning om pantsætninger og sikkerhedsstillelser:As security for mortgage debt totalling DKK 2,730 thousand, the company has granted charges on land and buildings in Vedbæk carried at DKK 3,000 thousand at 30 April 2019. As collateral for bank loans, the company has issued a letter of indemnity of DKK 5,000 thousand secured on land and buildings in Vedbæk carried at DKK 3,000 thousand at 30 April 2019. A nominal amount of DKK 500,000 shares in Integra Consult A/S, a nominal amount of DKK 500,000 shares in Scanavia A/S, a nominal amount of DKK 80,000 shares in Integra Aerial Services ApS and a nominal amount of DKK 800,000 shares in Integra Aviation Academy ApS, respectively, have been charged as collateral for all balances with Integra Consult A/S, Scanavia A/S, Integra Aerial Services ApS and Integra Aviation Academy ApS. The company has charged deposits on bank account as collateral for the bank's balance with Integra Consult A/S.

Oplysning om usædvanlige forhold:The subsidiary BAN 2000 GmbH has entered into liquidation. The subsidiary Scanavia A/S owes a considerable amount to BAN 2000 GmbH which may be expected to be charged in connection with the winding up and a contingent asset against BAN 2000 GmbH. This may cause significant uncertainty about continued operations of Scanavia A/S. Within Integra Holding ApS, equity investments in BAN 2000 GmbH and Scanavia A/S have been written down and receivables from the companies have been written down as well. The winding up of BAN 2000 GmbH and the potential bankruptcy of Scanavia A/S are not expected to have more effect on the other companies of the group than what is recognised in the available financial statements.
