Grundlag for konklusion (revision):We conducted our audit in accordance withInternational Standards on Auditing (ISAs) andadditional requirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under those standards andrequirements are further described in the"Auditor's responsibilities for the audit of thefinancial statements" section of our report. Webelieve that the audit evidence we have obtained issufficient and appropriate to provide a basis forour opinion. IndependenceWe are independent of the Company inaccordance with the International EthicsStandards Board for Accountants' Code of Ethicsfor Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) andadditional requirements applicable in Denmark,and we have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance with these rules andrequirements.
Konklusion (revision):We have audited the financial statements of ShellGreenland A/S (in voluntary liquidation) for thefinancial year 1 January – 31 December 2021,which comprises of income statement, balancesheet, statement of changes in equity and notes,including summary of accounting policies. Thefinancial statements are prepared in accordancewith the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the financial statements give a trueand fair view of the financial position of theCompany at 31 December 2021 and of the resultsof the Company's operations for the financial year1 January – 31 December 2021 in accordance withthe Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Liquidator is responsible for the Liquidator'sreview. Our opinion on the financial statements døs notcover the Liquidator's review, and we do notexpress any form of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the financialstatements, our responsibility is to read theLiquidator's review and, in doing so, considerwhether the Liquidator's review is materiallyinconsistent with the financial statements or ourknowledge obtained during the audit, or otherwiseappears to be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to considerwhether the Liquidator's review provides theinformation required under the Danish FinancialStatements Act. Based on the work we have performed, weconclude that the Liquidator's review is inaccordance with the financial statements and hasbeen prepared in accordance with therequirements of the Danish Financial StatementsAct. We did not identify any materialmisstatement of the Liquidator's review.
