Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for opinionWe conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards onAuditing (ISAs) and the additional requirements applicable in Denmark. Ourresponsibilities under those standards and requirements are further describein the "Auditor’s responsibilities for the audit of the consolidated financialstatements and the parent financial statements" section of this auditor’sreport. We are independent of the Group in accordance with the InternationEthics Standards Board for Accountants’ International Code of Ethics forProfessional Accountants (IESBA Code) and the additional ethicalrequirements applicable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance with these requirements and the IESBA Code. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient andappropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):OpinionWe have audited the consolidated financial statements and the parentfinancial statements of MapsPeople A/S for the financial year 01. 01. 2023 -31. 12. 2023, which comprise the income statement, statement ofcomprehensive income, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cashflow statement, and notes, including a summary of material accounting policyinformation, for the Group as well as the Parent. The consolidated financialstatements are prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards asadopted by the EU and additional requirements of the Danish FinancialStatements Act. The parent financial statements are prepared in accordancewith the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements give a true and fair viewof the Group’s financial position at 31. 12. 2023, and of the results of theiroperations and cash flows for the financial year 01. 01. 2023 - 31. 12. 2023 inaccordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the EU andadditional requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. Further, in our opinion, the Parent Company Financial Statements give a trueand fair view of the Parent Company’s financial position at 31. 12. 2023 and ofthe results of its operations for the financial year 01. 01. 2023 - 31. 12. 2023 inaccordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on the management commentaryManagement is responsible for the management commentary. Our opinion on the consolidated financial statements and the parent financistatements døs not cover the management commentary, and we do notexpress any form of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the consolidated financial statements andthe parent financial statements, our responsibility is to read themanagement commentary and, in doing so, consider whether themanagement commentary is materially inconsistent with theconsolidated financial statements and the parent financial statements orour knowledge obtained in the audit or otherwise appears to bematerially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether the managementcommentary provides the information required by law and regulations. Based on the work we have performed, we conclude that the managementcommentary is in accordance with the consolidated financial statements andthe parent financial statements and has been prepared in accordance withthe requirements of the relevant law and regulations. We did not identify anymaterial misstatement of the management commentary.
