Information om virksomhedens regnskabsklasse:The annual report for DNA Diagnostic A/S has been presented in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act regulations concerning reporting class B enterprises. Furthermore, the company has decided to comply with certain rules applying to reporting class C enterprises. The accounting policies are unchanged from last year, and the annual report is presented in DKK.

Beskrivelse af usikkerhed ved indregning eller måling:Uncertainties about recognition or measurement At 31 December 2023, inventories of DKK 2,079 were recognised which do not meet the required and promised specifications, implying that the products are obsolete. The Company has made a complaint against the supplier of these products in China but at the moment, the outcome of the complaint – and thus the value of the products – is subject to significant uncertainty. The company's management expects the supplier to refund the full cost price and thus døs not expect the case to affect the result.
