Grundlag for konklusion (revision):BASIS FOR OPINIONWe conducted our audit in accordance with InternationalStandards on Auditing (ISAs) and additional requirementsapplicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under thosestandards and requirements are further described in the”Auditor’s responsibilities for the audit of the consolidatedfinancial statements” section of our report. We believe that theaudit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriateto provide a basis for our opinion. INDEPENDENCEWe are independent of the Group in accordance with theInternational Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants(IESBA Code) and the additional ethical requirementsapplicable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance with these requirements andthe IESBA Code.
Konklusion (revision):OPINIONWe have audited the consolidated financial statements andthe parent Company financial statements of Louis Poulsen A/Sfor the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2023, whichcomprise income statement, statement of comprehensiveincome, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cashflow statement and notes, including material accounting policyinformation, for the Group and the Parent Company. Theconsolidated financial statements and the parent Companyfinancial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRSAccounting Standards as adopted by the EU and additionalrequirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements and theparent company financial statements give a true and fair viewof the financial position of the Group and the Parent Companyat 31 December 2023 and of the results of the Group’s and theParent Company’s operations and cash flows for the financialyear 1 January – 31 December 2023 in accordance with IFRSAccounting Standards as adopted by the EU and additionalrequirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):STATEMENT ON THE MANAGEMENT’S REVIEWManagement is responsible for the Management’s review. Our opinion on the financial statements døs not cover theManagement’s review, and we do not express any assuranceconclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the financial statements,our responsibility is to read the Management’s review and,in doing so, consider whether the Management’s review ismaterially inconsistent with the financial statements, or ourknowledge obtained during the audit, or otherwise appearsto be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether theManagement’s review provides the information requiredunder the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on our procedures, we conclude that the Management’sreview is in accordance with the financial statements andhas been prepared in accordance with the requirements ofthe Danish Financial Statements Act. We did not identify anymaterial misstatement of the Management’s review.
