Forbehold:We conducted our audit in accordance with InternationalStandards on Auditing (ISAs) and the additional requirementsapplicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities underthose standards and requirements are further described inthe Auditor’s responsibilities for the audit of the FinancialStatements section of our report. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained issufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. IndependenceWe are independent of the Group in accordance with theInternational Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ Codeof Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) andthe additional requirements applicable in Denmark. Wehave also fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities inaccordance with the IESBA Code. To the best of our knowledge and belief, prohibitednon-audit services referred to in Article 5(1) of Regulation(EU) No 537/2014 were not provided. AppointmentWe were first appointed auditors of DSV A/S on 9 March2017 for the financial year 2017. We have been reappointedannually by shareholder resolution for a total periodof uninterrupted engagement of 2 years including thefinancial year 2018.
Konklusion:In our opinion, the Consolidated Financial Statements andthe Parent Company Financial Statements give a true andfair view of the Group’s and the Parent Company’s financialposition at 31 December 2018 and of the results of theGroup’s and the Parent Company’s operations and cashflows for the financial year 1 January to 31 December2018 in accordance with International Financial ReportingStandards as adopted by the EU and further requirementsin the Danish Financial Statements Act. Our opinion is consistent with our Auditor’s Long-formReport to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. What we have auditedThe Consolidated Financial Statements and Parent CompanyFinancial Statements of DSV A/S for the financial year 1January to 31 December 2018 comprise income statementand statement of comprehensive income, balance sheet,statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement andnotes, including summary of significant accounting policiesfor the Group as well as for the Parent Company. Collectivelyreferred to as the “Financial Statements”.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen:Management is responsible for Management’s commentary. Our opinion on the Financial Statements døs not coverManagement’s commentary, and we do not express anyform of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the Financial Statements,our responsibility is to read Management’s commentaryand, in doing so, consider whether Management’s commentaryis materially inconsistent with the FinancialStatements or our knowledge obtained in the audit, orotherwise appears to be materially misstated. Moreover, we considered whether Management’scommentary includes the disclosures required by theDanish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, in our view, Management’scommentary is in accordance with the ConsolidatedFinancial Statements and the Parent Company FinancialStatements and has been prepared in accordance with therequirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. We didnot identify any material misstatement in Management’scommentary.
