Ledelsespåtegning:The General Partner has today considered and approved the annual report of Copenhagen Infrastructure Energy Transition Fund I US QFPF K/S 01. 01. 2023 (the "Fund" or "Limited Partnership") for the financial period - 31. 12. 2023. The annual report is presented in accordance with the IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional disclosure requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the Fund’s financial position at 31. 12. 2023and of the results of its operations and the cash flows for the financial period - 01. 01. 2023 31. 12. 2023We believe that the management commentary contains a fair review of the affairs and conditions referred to therein. Furthermore, the supplementary report has been prepared in accordance with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and contains a fair review of the affairs and conditions referred to therein. We recommend the annual report for adoption at the Annual General Meeting.
