Oplysning om usædvanlige forhold:The company's equity is negative and subject to rules regarding capital loss. Management anticipates that equity will be restored through the conversion of convertible notes into equity. Therefore, the company's management has considered the company's capital structure to be sufficient. In march 2024 the company has received a new convertible note totalling 10 mio. dkk. from the BioInnovation Institute Foundation, which mature for conversion by 2027 at the latest.
