Ledelsespåtegning: Today, Management has considered and adopted the Annual Report of Ammotec Denmark ApS for the financial year as of the establishment of the Company 20 August 2021 - 31 December 2022. The Annual Report is presented in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the Financial Statements give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities and financial position of the Company at 31 December 2022 and of the results of the Company's operations for the financial year as of the establishment of the Company 20 August 2021 - 31 December 2022. In our opinion, the Management's Review includes a true and fair account of the matters addressed in the review. We recommend that the Annual Report be adopted at the Annual General Meeting. Beskrivelse af usædvanlige forhold, der kan have påvirket indregningen eller målingen:Going concern The parent company´s shareholders have issued a letter of support, guaranteeing to provide the Company with the capital required for the continued operations in the coming financial year 2023. The financial statements have thus been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has lost more than half of its share capital. The Company´s Management expects to reestablish the share capital through profit from the Comapny´s activities in the coming years.
