Beskrivelse af usikkerhed ved indregning eller måling:Uncertainty relating to recognition and measurementManagement reports and books have been thoroughly analyzed by auditors and we don’t foresee any uncertainty in the reporting. The invasion of Ukraine, increase in energy cost, high inflation, reduced disposable income and general uncertainty has resulted in the lowest consumer sentiment in decades clearly affecting orders and revenue as well as cost increases in energy and labor.

Beskrivelse af virksomhedens væsentligste aktiviteter:Primary activitiesThe parent company's primary activity is to act as a holding company for the Danish home interior design brand, ferm LIVING ApS, through the ownership of MIE5 Datterholding 9 ApS. Ferm LIVING is a distinct brand with primary activity to design, develop and distribute its portfolio of interior design products across its numerous retail and e-tail partners all over the world. From their home in Copenhagen, they blend authentic design and responsible thinking to create honest collections for your home. Objects that embrace the contrasts in life, so you can create space to feel comfortably you. They create collections of furniture, accessories and lighting, for all rooms in the home. Their products are sold worldwide in more than 75 countries with main markets in Europe, Australia and North America. The company was founded in 2006 by Trine Andersen, its Creative Director and are participant of UN Global Compact.
