Grundlag for konklusion (revision):We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and additional require-ments applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under those standards and requirements are further described in the "Auditor’s responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements" section of this auditor’s report. We are independent of the Entity in accordance with the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ Interna-tional Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) and the additional ethical requirements applicable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements and the IESBA Code. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):We have audited the financial statements of Seapeak Insight A/S for the financial year 01. 01. 2022 - 31. 12. 2022, which comprise the accounting policies income statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, and notes. The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the Entity’s financial position at 31. 12. 2022 and of the results of its operations for the financial year 01. 01. 2022 - 31. 12. 2022 in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Business activities and mission The objectives of the Company are to carry on shipping business. Business review The Company’s result for 2022 is a profit of USD 1,431,975 against a profit of USD 1,989,095 in 2021 and the Company’s balance sheet at 31 December 2022 shows an equity of USD 5,207,141 against an equity of USD 3,775,166 in 2021. The Company expects for 2023 a positive result of around MUSD 1. 3-1. 8. Subsequent events Except from the matters mentioned below no other events after the balance date has occurred. With effective from 31 January 2023 the Company has changed name from Evergas Shipholding 15 A/S to Seapeak Insight A/S. Going concern assessment For a description of the going concern assessment at 31 December 2022, refer to note 1.
