Climate-KIC Holding B.V. Denmark, Filial af Climate-KIC Holding B.V., Holland er aktiv indenfor Andre liberale, videnskabelige og tekniske tjenesteydelser i.a.n. (749090). The objectives of the Company are: 1. to contribute to innovation in climate change mitigation and adaptation, in the widest sense of the words; 2. to bring together, inspire and empower a dynamic community to build a zero-carbon economy and climate resilient society; 3. to manage an innovative partnership of public and private organisations who work together to address climate change and sustainable development; and 4. to restore and protect the common good, ecological and human, through innovation designed to catalyse wholesale systemic change, such change encompassing technical, material, regulation, governance structures, behaviours and mindsets. In pursuing these objectives, the Company shall use a variety of means, including but not limited to: 5. administering, distributing and reporting on the impact of grants from public and private funding partners to the Group Company's partners; 6. pursuing public and private funding, including via consortias of stakeholders; 7. incorporating, participating in and financing businesses and companies; 8. collaborating with and providing advice and services to other businesses and companies; 9. lending and borrowing funds, providing collateral for debts and other obligations of the Company, Group Companies or other parties and providing guarantees, sureties and otherwise severally binding the Company or its assets for debts and obligations of itself, Group Companies or other parties; 10. acquiring, operating and disposing of property including registered property; 11. acquiring, operating and disposing of industrial or intellectual property rights; and carrying out anything which, in the widest sense of the words, is connected with or may be conducive to the attainment of the objective above.
