It has not been possible to confirm the relationship with the third party. In the accounts, the balance is recognized with a total debt item of DKK 4,873 thousand.
Konklusion (revision):We were engaged to audit the financial statements of MV Anna K ApS for the financial year 1 January - 31 December 2022, which comprise a summary of significant accounting policies, income statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity and notes, for the Company. The financial statements are prepared under the Danish Financial Statements Act.
We do not express an opinion on the financial statements of the Company. Because of the significance of the matters described in the “Basis for Disclaimer of Opinion” section of our report, we have not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion on these financial statements.
