Grundlag for konklusion (revision):We conducted our audit in accordancewith International Standards onAuditing (ISAs) and the additionalrequirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under thosestandards and requirements arefurther described in the “Auditor’sResponsibilities for the Audit of theFinancial Statements” section of ourreport. We are independent of theCompany in accordance with theInternational Ethics Standards Boardfor Accountants’ International Codeof Ethics for Professional Accountants(including International IndependenceStandards) (IESBA Code), togetherwith the ethical requirements thatare relevant to our audit of thefinancial statements in Denmark, andwe have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance withthese requirements and the IESBACode. We believe that the auditevidence we have obtained is sufficientand appropriate to provide a basis forour opinion.
Konklusion (revision):We have audited the FinancialStatements of KOBOTS A/S for thefinancial year 1 January - 31 December2021, which comprise incomestatement, balance sheet and notes,including a summary of significantaccounting policies, for the Company. The Financial Statements are preparedin accordance with the Danish FinancialState-ments Act. In our opinion, the FinancialStatements give a true and fair viewof the Company’s financial position at31 December 2021 and of the resultsof the Company’s operations for thefinancial year 1 January - 31 December 2021 in accordance with the DanishFinancial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Management is responsible forManagement’s Review. Our opinion on the FinancialStatements døs not coverManagement’s Review, and we donot express any form of assuranceconclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of theFinancial Statements, our responsibilityis to read Management’s Reviewand, in doing so, consider whetherManagement’s Review is materiallyinconsistent with the FinancialStatements or our knowledge obtainedduring the audit, or otherwise appearsto be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility toconsider whether Management’sReview provides the informationrequired under the Danish FinancialStatements Act. Based on the work we have performed,we conclude that Management’sReview is in accordance with theFinancial Statements and has beenprepared in accordance with therequirements of the Danish Financial Statement Act. We did not identifyany material misstatement ofManagement’s Review.
