Ledelsespåtegning: Today, Management has considered and adopted the Annual Report of Hedelunden bygning 14 og 15 ApS for the financial year 1 January 2020 - 31 December 2020. The Annual Report is presented in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the Financial Statements give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities and financial position of the Company at 31 December 2020 and of the results of the Company's operations for the financial year 1 January 2020 - 31 December 2020. In our opinion, the Management's Review includes a true and fair account of the matters addressed in the review. We recommend that the Annual Report be adopted at the Annual General Meeting. Beskrivelse af usikkerhed ved indregning eller måling:Uncertainties relating to recognition and measurement in the financial statements Investments are valued at their fair values, according to the description in Accounting policies. The valuation includes accounting estimates and such valuation is therefore subject to some uncertainty. Please refer to note 4 and 5. The outbreak of Covid-19 and the measures taken by governments around the world to mitigate its effects are having a major impact on the world economy. The valuation of the company's investment property per. December 31, 2020 is based on presumptions that may be different from those that management has at the time of approval of the annual report.
