Ledelsespåtegning:The Board of Directors and the Executive Management have today discussed and approved the Annual Report of Nets A/S for the financial year 2022. The Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union and further requirements according to the Danish Financial Statements Act. The financial statements of the Parent Company have been prepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. It is our opinion that the consolidated financial statements and the Parent Company financial statements give a true and fair view of the Group’s and the Parent Company’s financial position at 31 December 2022, the results of the Group and Parent Company’s operations and the Group's consolidated cash flows for the financial year 1 January to 31 December 2022. In our opinion, the Management Review includes a true and fair account of the development in the Group's operations and financial conditions, the results for the year, cash flows and financial position as well as a description of the most significant risks and uncertainty factors that the Group and the Parent Company face. We recommend that the Annual Report be approved at the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2023.
