Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for opinionWe conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing(ISAs) and additional requirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilitiesunder those standards and requirements are further described in the "Auditor’sresponsibilities for the audit of the consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements" section of this auditor’s report. We are independent of the Group in accordance with the International EthicsStandards Board for Accountants’ International Code of Ethics for ProfessionalAccountants (IESBA Code) and the additional ethical requirements applicable inDenmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordancewith these requirements and the IESBA Code. We believe that theaudit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basisfor our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):OpinionWe have audited the consolidated financial statements and the parent financialstatements of OrderYOYO A/S for the financial year 01. 01. 2023 - 31. 12. 2023, whichcomprise the income statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in equityand notes, including a summary of significant accounting policies, for the Groupas well as the Parent, and the consolidated cash flow statement. Theconsolidated financial statements and the parent financial statements areprepared in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements and the parent financialstatements give a true and fair view of the Group's and the Parent's financialposition and the consolidated cash flows at 31. 12. 2023 and of the results of theiroperations for the financial year 01. 01. 2023 - 31. 12. 2023 in accordance with theDanish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on the management commentaryManagement is responsible for the management commentary. Our opinion on the consolidated financial statements and the parent financialstatements døs not cover the management commentary, and we do notexpress any form of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements, our responsibility is to read the managementcommentary and, in doing so, consider whether the management commentaryis materially inconsistent with the consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements or our knowledge obtained in the audit or otherwiseappears to be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether the managementcommentary provides the information required under the Danish FinancialStatements Act. Based on the work we have performed, we conclude that the managementcommentary is in accordance with the consolidated financial statements andthe parent financial statements and has been prepared in accordance with therequirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. We did not identify anymaterial misstatement of the management commentary.
