Information om virksomhedens regnskabsklasse:Årsrapporten er udarbejdet i overensstemmelse med dansk regnskabslovgivning samt almindeligt anerkendt regnskabspraksis. The annual report has been prepared in accordance with Danish financial statements legislation as well as generally accepted accounting principles. Årsrapporten aflægges efter årsregnskabslovens regnskabsklasse B, med tilvalg af enkelte bestemmelser fra regnskabsklasse C. The annual report has been prepared in accordance with the reporting requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act of class B as well as selected rules applying for reporting class C. Anvendt regnskabspraksis er uændret i forhold til sidste år. The accounting policies have not been changed from last year.

Ledelsespåtegning:MANGEMENT’S STATEMENT Today the Board of Directors and the Executive Board have discussed and approved the Annual Report of 2022 for the year 1 January – 31 December 2022. The Annual Report is presented in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Annual Financial Statements of the Company give a true and fair view of the Group’s and the Company’s assets, liabilities and financial position at 31 December 2022 and of the results of the Group’s and the Company’s operations and cash flows for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022. The Management Commentary includes in our opinion a fair presentation of the matters dealt with in the Commentary. We recommend the Annual Report be approved at the Annual General Meeting.
