Information om virksomhedens regnskabsklasse:The annual report for Sensorist ApS has been presented in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act regulations concerning reporting class B enterprises. Furthermore, the company has decided to comply with certain rules applying to reporting class C enterprises. The accounting policies are unchanged from last year with certain presentational changes and the annual report is presented in DKK.

Statement by Management on the annual report

Identifikation af den godkendte årsrapport:Today, the Board of Directors and the Managing Director have approved the annual report of Sensorist ApS for the financial year 1 January - 31 December 2022.

Management's review

Beskrivelse af virksomhedens væsentligste aktiviteter:The principal activities of the company The company's purpose is to engage in the concept- and business developement as well as any hereby related activity. Sensorist has during the year developed a hardware solution wireless monitoring of temperature and humidty. The complete solution consists of many different parts. The main elements can be divided in to four parts. The physical hardware which consists of a internet connected gateway, a sensor and a probe, a Cloudbased application and application infrastructure, a client located smartphone App and supporting infrastructure systems. Hardware: We have developed and designed all electronics and PCBs as well as the physical cabinet for both the internet connect gateway and the wireless connected sensors as well as the external connected temperature probe. Further more we have developed and programmed the firmware running on the both ourgateway and our sensors. Cloud Application: We have designed the software architecture as well as programmed the software need to collect the massive amounts of measurement that we receive from the remote wireless sensors thru our gateway. Smart App: Our smartphone app are also completely developed in-house and talks to our Cloud Application to show data on the users smartphone. Support systems: Further more we have developed and integrated lot of supporting infrastructure: our website, manuals, our online shop, payment integration, shipping systems integration and customers support system.
