Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for opinionWe conducted our audit in accordance with Interna-tional Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and the additionalrequirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibil-ities under those standards and requirements are fur-ther described in the "Auditor's responsibilities forthe audit of the financial statements" section of ourreport. We believe that the audit evidence we haveobtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide abasis for our opinion. IndependenceWe are independent of the Company in accordancewith the International Ethics Standards Board for Ac-countants' international Code of Ethics for Profes-sional Accountants (IESBA Code) and the additionalethical requirements applicable in Denmark, and wehave fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in ac-cordance with these requirements and the IESBACode.
Konklusion (revision):OpinionWe have audited the financial statements of Snow-man Productions ApS for the financial year 1 Janu-ary - 31 December 2022, which comprise incomestatement, balance sheet, statement of changes inequity and notes, including accounting policies. Thefinancial statements are prepared in accordance withthe Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the financial statements give a trueand fair view of the financial position of the Companyat 31 December 2022 and of the results of the Com-pany's operations for the financial year 1 January - 31December 2022 in accordance with the Danish Finan-cial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on the Management's reviewManagement is responsible for the Management'sreview. Our opinion on the financial statements døs notcover the Management's review, and we do not ex-press any form of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the financial state-ments, our responsibility is to read the Manage-ment's review and, in doing so, consider whether theManagement's review is materially inconsistent withthe financial statements or our knowledge obtainedduring the audit, or otherwise appears to be materi-ally misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whetherthe Management's review provides the informationrequired under the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, we concludethat the Management's review is in accordance withthe financial statements and has been prepared in ac-cordance with the requirements of the Danish Finan-cial Statement Act. We did not identify any materialmisstatement of the Management's review.
