Forbehold (revision):Basis for qualified opinion
We were appointed auditor of the company on 1 July 2015 and thus did not participate in the inventory count at the beginning of the year. The company's former auditor has carried out an extended review of the financial statements for 2014. An extended review døs not comprise an audit of the physical existence of inventories. We have not otherwise been able to obtain evidence of the company's inventory level at 31 December 2014. As inventories at the beginning of the year are included in the calculation of the financial results, we have not been able to determine whether corrections to the results for the year in the income statement may have been necessary.
Konklusion (revision):Qualified opinion
It is our opinion, apart from the possible effects of the matter described in the section "basis for qualified opinion", the financial statements give a true and fair view of the company's assets, liabilities and financial position at 31 December 2015 and of the results of the company's operations for the financial year 1 January - 31 December 2015 in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Pursuant to the Danish Financial Statements Act, we have read the management's review. We have not performed any further procedures in addition to the performed audit of the annual accounts. On this basis, it is our opinion that the information provided in the management's review is consistent with the annual accounts.
