Ledelsespåtegning:The Board of Directors and the Executive Board have today considered and approved the annual report of Ørsted Salg & Service A/S for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022. The financial statements of Ørsted Salg & Service A/S, have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional re quire ments in the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, the financial statements provide a true and fair view of the company’s assets, liabilities, and financial position at 31 December 2022 and of the results of the company’s operations and cash flows for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022. In our opinion, the management’s review provides a true and fair account of the devel-opment in the company’s operations and financial circumstances, of the results for the year, and of the overall financial position of the company. We recommend that the annual report be adopted at the annual general meeting.
