Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for opinionWe conducted our audit in accordance with InternationalStandards on Auditing (ISAs) and the additional require-ments applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities underthose standards and requirements are further described inthe Auditor’s responsibilities for the audit of the consolidatedfinancial statements and the parent financial statementssection of this auditor’s report. We are independent of theGroup in accordance with the International Ethics StandardsBoard of Accountants’ Code of Ethics for ProfessionalAccountants (IESBA Code) and the additional requirementsapplicable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethicalresponsibilities in accordance with these requirements. Webelieve that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficientand appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):OpinionWe have audited the consolidated financial statementsand the parent financial statements of Goodvalley A/S forthe financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022, whichcomprise the income statement, statement of comprehen-sive income, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity,cash flow statement and notes, including a summary ofsignificant accounting policies, for the Group as well as forthe Parent. The consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements are prepared in accordance withInternational Financial Reporting Standards as adopted bythe EU and additional requirements of the Danish FinancialStatements Act. In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements give a true and fair view of theGroup’s and the Parent’s financial position at 31 December2022, and of the results of their operations and cash flows forthe financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022 in accor-dance with International Financial Reporting Standards asadopted by the EU and additional requirements of the DanishFinancial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on the management commentaryManagement is responsible for the managementcommentary. Our opinion on the consolidated financial statements and theparent financial statements døs not cover the managementcommentary, and we do not express any form of assuranceconclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the consolidated financialstatements and the parent financial statements, our respon-sibility is to read the management commentary and, indoing so, consider whether the management commentary ismaterially inconsistent with the consolidated financial state-ments and the parent financial statements or our knowledgeobtained in the audit or otherwise appears to be materiallymisstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether themanagement commentary provides the information requiredunder the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, we conclude thatthe management commentary is in accordance with theconsolidated financial statements and the parent financialstatements and has been prepared in accordance with therequirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. We didnot identify any material misstatement of the managementcommentary.
