Ledelsespåtegning:Today, the Executive Management and the Board of Directors have discussed and approved the SteelSeries ApS (from here on forward ‘SteelSeries’ or ‘the Company’) Annual Report 2023. The Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the EU and further requirements in the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion the Company’s financial statements give a true and fair view of the Company’s assets, liabilities and financial position on 31 December 2023 and of the results of the Company’s operations and cash flows for the financial year 2023. Further, in our opinion the Management review includes a fair review of the development in the Company’s operations and financial matters, of the result for the year, and of the Company’s financial position, as well as describing the significant risks and uncertainties affecting the Company. We recommend that the Annual General Meeting approve the Annual Report.
