Grundlag for konklusion (revision):BASIS FOR OPINIONWe conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and the additionalrequirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under those standards and requirements are further described in the "Auditor'sresponsibilities for the audit of the financial statements" section of our report. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for ouropinion. IndependenceWe are independent of the Company in accordance with the International Ethics Standards Board forAccountants' International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code) and the additional ethicalrequirements applicable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance withthese requirements and the IESBA Code. We declare, to the best of our knowledge and belief, that we have not provided any prohibited non-auditservices, as referred to in Article 5(1) of the Regulation (EU) 537/2014 and that we remained independent inconducting the audit. We were appointed auditors of Rovsing A/S for the first time on 25 October 2021 for the financial year2021/2022. We have been re-appointed by resolutions passed by the annual general meeting for a totaluninterrupted engagement period of 1 year up to and including the financial year ending 30 June 2022.
Konklusion (revision):OPINIONIn our opinion, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the Company's assets, liabilities and financialposition at 30 June 2023 and of the results of the Company's operations and cash flows for the financial year 1July 2022 – 30 June 2023 in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by theEU and additional requirements in the Danish Financial Statements Act. Our opinion is consistent with our long-form audit report to the Board or Directors and the Audit Committee. Audited financial statementsRovsing A/S' financial statements for the financial year 1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023 comprise the incomestatement, statement of comprehensive income, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, statement ofcash flows and notes, including summary of significant accounting policies, for the Company (the financialstatements). The financial statements are prepared in accordance with the International Financial ReportingStandards as adopted by the EU and additional requirements in the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):STATEMENT ON THE MANAGEMENT'S REVIEWManagement is responsible for the Management's review. Our opinion on the financial statements døs not cover the Management's review, and we do not express anyform of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the Management's reviewand, in doing so, consider whether the Management's review is materially inconsistent with the financialstatements or our knowledge obtained during the audit, or otherwise appears to be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether the Management's review provides the informationrequired under the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, we conclude that the Management's review is in accordance with thefinancial statements and has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Danish FinancialStatement Act. We did not identify any material misstatement of the Management's review.
