Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for OpinionWe conducted our audit in accordance with Interna-tional Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and the addi-tional requirements applicable in Denmark. Our re-sponsibilities under those standards and require-ments are further described in the Auditor’s Respon-sibilities for the Audit of the Financial Statementssection of our report. We are independent of the Com-pany in accordance with the International EthicsStandards Board for Accountants’ InternationalCode of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBACode) and the additional ethical requirements appli-cable in Denmark, and we have fulfilled our otherethical responsibilities in accordance with these re-quirements and the IESBA Code. We believe that theaudit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and ap-propriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):OpinionIn our opinion, the Financial Statements give a trueand fair view of the financial position of the Com-pany at 31 March 2023 and of the results of theCompanys operations and cash flows for the finan-cial year 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023 in accord-ance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. We have audited the Financial Statements of BCAAuto Auktion A/S for the financial year 1 April2022 - 31March 2023, which comprise incomestatement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows,statement of changes in equity and notes, includinga summary of significant accounting policies (“fi-nancial statements”).
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on Management’s ReviewManagement is responsible for Management’s Re-view. Our opinion on the Financial Statements døs notcover Management’s Review, and we do not expressany form of assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the Financial State-ments, our responsibility is to read Management’s Re-view and, in doing so, consider whether Manage-ment’s Review is materially inconsistent with the fi-nancial statements or our knowledge obtained duringthe audit, or otherwise appears to be materially mis-stated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whetherManagement’s Review provides the information re-quired under the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on the work we have performed, in our view,Management’s Review is in accordance with the Fi-nancial Statements and has been prepared in accord-ance with the requirements of the Danish FinancialStatement Act. We did not identify any material mis-statement in Management’s Review.
