Grundlag for konklusion (revision):Basis for qualified opinionThe Company has in 2022 granted warrants to a number of employees. The cost of the share-based payment has been recognised at an amount of USD'000 260, that has been presented in the income statement as "Special items" which is not in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU. In our opinion the share-based payment should have been presented as "administrative expenses" and thus part of operating income. Accordingly, operating income should have been reduced by USD'000 260. Tax for the year, profit for the year and equity is not affected of the qualification above. We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and additional requirements applicable in Denmark. Our responsibilities under those standards and requirements are further described in the "Auditor's responsibilities for the audit of the company financial statements" section of our report. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Konklusion (revision):Qualified opinionWe have audited the financial statements of Global Scanning Denmark A/S for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022, which comprise income statement, statement of comprehensive income, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes, including accounting policies, for the Company. The financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. In our opinion, except for the effect of the matter described in the "Basis for qualified opinion" section, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Company at 31 December 2022 and of the results of the Company's operations and cash flows for the financial year 1 January – 31 December 2022 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Udtalelse om ledelsesberetningen (revision):Statement on the Management's reviewManagement is responsible for the Management's review. Our opinion on the financial statements døs not cover the Management's review, and we do not express any assurance conclusion thereon. In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the Management's review and, in doing so, consider whether the Management's review is materially inconsistent with the financial statements or our knowledge obtained during the audit, or otherwise appears to be materially misstated. Moreover, it is our responsibility to consider whether the Management's review provides the information required under the Danish Financial Statements Act. Based on our procedures, we conclude that the Management's review is in accordance with the financial statements and has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Financial Statements Act. We did not identify any material misstatement of the Management's review
