Management's review

Beskrivelse af virksomhedens væsentligste aktiviteter:Principal activities Raffle. ai delivers an Enterprise Search platform and API that uses AI technologies to help organizations access their data more efficiently – Raffle Search. The platform is designed to provide a personalized and intuitive search experience that understands the user's intent and delivers relevant results in real-time. Raffle. ai uses natural AI models and algorithms to understand the user's queries and deliver accurate search results. The platform and API is designed to integrate with a wide range of data sources, to provide a unified search experience for employees across the organization and for their customers. Our scalable solution is for the most part plug-in solutions that requires a minimal amount of work to implement, and Raffle Search works out of the box with no training required due to our very high Zero-shot performance, day 1. Raffle. ai also offers advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling Management to gain insights into their employee and customer search behavior to focus on creating the right content and improve their search experience over time. Also Raffle delivers a conversational agent - Raffle Chat Assistant – utilising Raffle Search to find the right answers and input to make humanlike summaries in and across different source answers. Raffle Chat Assistant provides the user with short, precise answers in natural language solely from the relevant defined knowledge sources, and links into the original sources. This groundbreaking technology is made possible through Raffle Search and large language models. To ensure an extreme high reliability of our products, Raffle steers AI models with specific instructions and provides it with Raffle Search results, ensuring that the information it uses is always sourced from relevant knowledge bases. Raffle excels in very high security measures proven by our SOC2 certificate and GDPR compliance, with tools to anonymise and secure full privacy of users.
