Oplysning om usædvanlige forhold:In connection with V. Ships Denmark having paid withholding tax on behalf of its group parent companies, it received a recourse claim against these companies. The Danish Tax Agency believes that V. Ships Denmark Holding ApS has positively opted out of pursuing the recourse claims, and that this "lack of" collection of the recourse claims is an expression of a dividend distribution of the same value.
